Day 1

So I’m going to try to be as consistent as possible in documenting my lifting/exercise regime.

I always tend to be pretty consistent for a few months to 6 months, then I drop off a precipice and just stop working out. It’s not very productive.

Anyway, today’s workout.

  • Back Squat: 5×5 135
  • Deadlift: 1×8 135, 1×6 155
  • Flat Bench Press: 5×5 135, 1×5 140
  • Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 1×10 25, 1×10 35, 2×8 40
